Cardiff’s latest sustainable food restaurant opens its doors after two years of preparation and planning.  Based in the old Warden’s Lodge in Sophia Gardens Cardiff, this sustainable restaurant has used reclaimed materials to develop the building including energy efficient lighting and sheep wool insulation.  The owners are working closely with local gardeners, gamekeepers and farmers to use ethically sourced produce including using their old warden’s own garden and greenhouse.
