11th November 2021
The CEIC team were pleased to present this special event on 25 November, where the large audience was able to hear Simon Wright speak and answer questions on putting local food on the public plate. The participants had the opportunity to discuss how local food and hospitality, sustainability, agriculture and rural entrepreneurship can help deliver economic, social and cultural growth, and how public and third sector organisations can play a role in this. This has strong links to what we are trying to achieve on CEIC in terms of the circular economy and regional working. If you’re not already part of CEIC, why not get in touch to find out how you could be part of the CEIC programme Contact us – CEIC (ceicwales.org.uk)
